Air intake Tubes plastic disintegrated from being so brittle. Any DIY ideas on replacing just the broken plastic tube instead of purchasing the whole unit???

Even if you don't, or can't, I think maybe the rubber hose part could replace your bad section? Or maybe the link I put in that post for a long tube to replace the entire thing?
