what year?
from my playing with nav in my 2015 command navi..
When it is sounding - turn volume to what you want.
Like when the girl says take a left in 500 ft while she is talking you can control her volume with volume knob or steering wheel control.
Som my guess it same thing with end of trip..
PS mine does nothing at end of trip except say you have reached your dstination.

I hate MB navigation because any changes I make are temporary. I don't want voice guided directions by default.

NAVI Tone volumne
I'm not sure you can. I think you have created a personal Point Of Interest (POI) and whenever you pass it, you get a single dong (not a ding). You create a POI by holding the rotary selection knob on the console down for several seconds. I'm still trying to find out how to delete the ones I created by accident.

Just to clarify I am talking about the Tone that sounds when youo are near a Point of Interest like your home. Not the speaking volume of the NAVI system. It was tolerable but now it is extremely loud. Why I do not know.
