Audio 20 head unit issue

Hi everyone I had a blank head unit screen for about a week now .
have tried numerous things like reset , battery , fuses ,and also a different screen to no avail.
so I got a launch creased elite v2.0
and connected after run and clearing codes and running again I got these faults :There are 1 issues for Safety and Security system:

1.The CAN message from control unit "CGW [ZGW]" is faulty.

There are 7 issues for Vehicle body system:
  1. Timeout error of component "E1m1 (Left headlamp range adjustment actuator motor)" or the component is de-energized.
  2. Timeout error of component "'E1m2 (Left active curve illumination actuator motor)" or the component is de-energized.
  3. Timeout error of component "E1m3 (Left light distribution actuator motor)" or the component is de-energized.
  4. The output for mirror housing adjustment has a malfunction. There is an open circuit.
  5. Communication with the control unit "Head unit" has a malfunction. The message is missing.
  6. The mirror dimming of the inside rearview mirror has a malfunction. There is a signal fault or the message is faulty.
  7. The output for mirror housing adjustment has a malfunction. There is an open circuit

anyone tell me if it’s the one thing causes all these faults
Or can any of these faults other than the head unit cause the screen to go off.
and on a side note how do I test for open circuits on mirror housing (any guide or YouTube video)
thanks everyone for putting up with me and this fault

ghost head

These faults don't appear to be related.
Can you access the head unit module or is it silently missing from CAN B ?

that's very interesting set of observations:
-- It means the display is likely ok and
-- the head is "working" but not sending fiber data over to display module.

Try to access both modules to read live data. This should allow you to further progress.

It's the most friendly to use tactile screen unit. From the report list of live modules, select the "COMAND" module - Open the menu, select live data and test options are often available.
Look for something obviouslt bad or missing before getting into deeper module details.

i clicked it and menu came up
i select control unit/ information and communication/IC - Instrument cluster(A1)(location of fault). But after that the menu is

Blank head unit screen is faulty number 5 you listed, Communication with the control unit "Head unit" has a malfunction. The message is missing.

Good idle is remove your front panel and check your connection of head unit (audio 20). If you installed aftermarket box for rearview camera or navi, undo it to original to check your head unit. Cable is verry difficult to fail, so hope your head unit not dead. And you only read live data of head unit and screen when it can communicate with center gateway, now it not so maybe you can't access to HU module.

Thanks for reply going to take out head unit and reconnect and check wiring , I haven’t added any extra option all original , so prob head unit is faulty . You said hi module is this separate from head unit or built into it if not where is it located to check for power etc . If can’t find anything, prob just leave as is and just listen to radio with no screen and use phone as sat nav or try a replacement unit (if I can find one ). Thanks everyone for help
