Delay in Showing New DEF Level?

Delay in Showing New DEF Level?
Using my Launch x431, I could see that the DEF level on my E250 Bluetec was just under 19L. So I added 4L to top it up. But it's still showing 19L. Is there some sort of lag in registering the new level?

Have not done a scanner to get level, when the light comes on I add a jug.
In my experience with my truck and previous truck both had def level "gages" on the cluster they were not exactly accurate by any means. More of a rough estimate to say the least. Basically would indicate full till below 3/4 then drop down and stay steady till below half then drop below half to about 1/3 and usually stay there till the light came on to add.
Not sure how MB is setup and sorry cant answer your question directly.
