Strange sound when car is off??

Strange sound when car is off??
W212 2009 E350
Do any of you guys have a clue what in the world this sound is?? Here is the link to the video
The sound will start to come hours after the car is shut down.
Is usually comes every 30 seconds/1 minute or so , and it sounds as if it comes from the underside of the car. No electrical issues with the car, and it drives fine.
I don't know how many hours it will make this sound before stopping, but I never hear it when I look at the car the morning after.

It sounds like some pressure bleeding back down:
- ABS Pump accumulator
- GDI high gas pressure
- EVAP tank vacuum
- ....
Is not...:
- coolant circuit
- ATF tranny
- ....
There's always something left to be discovered!
