E550 Headlight Damage
You also want to read the "fine print" of your policy. There is usually something about reporting all damage, even if you don't file a claim. Otherwise, any future claim may be denied.
Unless you have had many accidents and have a horrible driving record, your premiums should not increase because you hit a deer. Unless YOU took a baseball bat and smashed the headlight on purpose, your rates should not be affected. If they are, then maybe you need to find a better insurance company.
Also, I'm not calling you out, but where is the fur and other damage to the hood and/or fender? An insurance adjuster is going to ask. Maybe bite the bullet and mortgage your house to buy a new headlight.

Out of curiosity years ago, I checked with GEICO to compare rates. One of the questions they asked was if I had a radar detector. When I answered "yes" they immediately denied me a policy, even with radar detectors being legal in 48 states, as if I were some kind of criminal.

I would get the tint removed regardless since it does affect low light visibility. And on closer inspection, your bumper, hood, and/or fender are misaligned. It also looks like you are leaking fluid. Have you checked for other damage. This is gonna be an expensive repair. Get the tinting off and file a claim unless you have several thousands you want to pay out of your own pocket. Remember, unreported damage could also give reason for your insurance company to drop your coverage -- read the terms of your policy. (Also hope your adjuster doesn't see this thread.)
