m271evo (CGI) engine operating sound

hi,
I have a question about the engine operation of the 1.8CGI . It doesn't matter if cold or warm. During acceleration I hear a sound as if it were a V6 engine. Such a purring (muttering) bass sound. It is not a metallic sound. At idle you can't hear it. Only during acceleration. Previously I drove a w204 with m271 kompressor and did not hear this sound. Is it caused by direct injection? Certainly it is not a sound like the injectors in diesel engines (ticking).
it reminds me most of the sound of slow acceleration of a v6

2014 - W212.065 - E400 ( M276.820, 3 liter Turbo) RWD not Hybrid

Do a pull to 6,000 RPM, you can hear the roar better.

There is an active intake flap ( swirl flap ) for higher RPM at the intake manifold, thus the sound changes.
