2009 E350 blower fuse blown twice
Hello everyone.
my beloved W212 2009 build E350 “blower fuse” blown twice now. Same time last spring as it got hotter in Coastal Australia
Whole system works beautifully and fan is quick and quiet but when the temp rose and I had parked under the sun after 2 minutes of driving fuse one popped and the fan went again. The back could be heard and all other lights/ controls on as normal.
I changed the fuse this morning and back to normal but not tested on max as today is cooler weather.
My next move will be to get a new motor with the assumption it will have caused the overload…
Any thoughts or experiences to share ?
They will be read and appreciated

the blower shaft uses sleeve bearings that are too tight and dry. It only needs 2 drops of oil unless its super hard to spin.
