W212 rear screen remote

Any help would be most appreciated!
I have a 2013 e350 which has the factory fitted rear screens. When I bought it the remote for the rear screens was missing. I have now bought a replacement but it appears that it needs pairing to the car. Has anyone got any suggestions of how to do this or indeed who could do this for me?
Once again anyone who has any experience of this I would be eternally grateful as I have to put my two small children in the car for a 6 hr road trip soon!

I assume that you are not in the US and you are writing about the side windows. We didnt get this here as an option AFAIK, and I had no idea that they could be operated by dashmount remote much less a standalone remote.

You need to use the Xentry to pair any new remotes or headsets with the rear entertainment system. You can get it done at a dealer or any shop that has access to Xentry. There might be other solutions, but since the rear entertainment is not a very common option there is little information about it.
