Chirp when cold after tensioner and lower pulley replacement?
Still have a chirp. I put a stethoscope on the upper pulley that was allegedly replaced by the dealer when we bought the car last year,and there is no noise. Any suggestions for next steps?

Pcv sounds normal to me. Vaccuum sounding.

(some ppl have had loose plugs whistling)
Only recent maintenance are the tensioner and lower pulley. Belt and upper pulley are a year old

Your wondering if the Wt pump or alternator are chirping.
You left out bad A/C compressor.
At 155kMi: you could replace any of these accessories and not be wasting money.
Yet it's better to inspect for abnormal bearing freeplay and normal free spin.
This will guarantee the fix you need.

Has the water pump ever been replaced? To see if it's the water pump, remove the belt and check the play on the water pump pulley. If there is lateral or vertical movement on the pulley it is time to replace as the bearings are shot and would explain the noise you are experiencing.
