Bunch of error codes

2011 W212 E350 base RWD, 272.980 engine, 150k miles. A week ago I got P0303 error code, misfire on cyl 3. Engine was running rough at start, but it run smooth after 4-5 engine start/stops. Drove 10 miles home and parked it in the garage. Ordered a Delphi GN10235 ignition coil, it came today and I replaced it. Checked for error codes after replacing it (with a cheap ELM OBDII) and now it shows 4 error codes: P0303 (pending fault) and 3 more greyed out codes P0521, P0632 and P0641. Spark plugs Bosch YR7MPP33 have 10k miles on them. Oil change done a week ago, used Castrol Edge 5W-40 Euro Cars formula. Checked oil level and the whole bottom piece is wet (probably 1/4 inch more than it should be). Any ideas what it could be?

Would you do the simple task of Googling what each error code means and post this for us?

WEIRD BUNCH

congratulations... you have lended a special bunch of issues: all these faults are unusual.
On top of that you're getting misfires...
This has got to be an issue common to everything onboard:
-- check battery voltage while idling.

Thanksgiving's around the corner: get a better scanner. Buy "Launch cReader MB Elite" ~$150 price point.
Your ELM OBDII is not helping you.

So I went to a friend that has a high end Autel tablet scanner and there was a misfire on cyl 3 and something to do with intake air manifold, forgot the error but it last one was in greyed out so not recent. He cleared the codes and had no issues for a month. A few days after the misfire I ordered some parts and I replaced cyl 3 ignition coil with Delphi, replaced air filters and cabin filter. Fast forward a month later, yesterday I was going to leave the house and again rough start with misfires. I was in a rush so I turned it off and drove another car for the day. Today it started just fine so I took it to my friend again to check the codes. This time misfires on cyl 5 & 6. Took #5 spark plug out, looks good, gap at 0.8 as per manual. Scanner shows all parameters where within spec for the the two misfire errors. Temp in my garage at the time was 54F so not that cold. My friend doesn't think the cause is spark plugs or ignition coils, he suspects something else is causing these issues. He recommended I get 2 bottles of Techron Complete fuel system cleaner, add both to a full tank, run it until empty and see if I still get misfires. I don't really believe in fuel cleaners or after market additives but I'm willing to give it a shot. Any ideas on what could cause these random misfires?

The misfires may be caused by lean mixtures.

Check your "Long term fuel trim" data at idle...
consider upstream lambda for replacement

Check your "fuel pressure" data at idle and under load...
consider replacing fuel filter.

Check cylinders compressions for unbalanced contributions...
Upgrade to better oil with stable viscosity based on Ester stock (Mobile1, Motul, Amsoil,...)

Fuel treatment additives = good
Oil treatment additives = bad

Techron is well known for being a good fuel additive.

As mentioned, get yourself a good Mercedes-specific scanner. The LAUNCH Creader Elite 2.0 BENZ is a popular scanner other than XENTRY.

Forgot to update this post with the fix, hopefully it might help someone in the future. I used a 32 oz bottle of Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner in a 1/4 full tank and error codes disappeared and did not come back since.
