Hey guys so Im working on my car that's been sitting for over a year & it won't start. I ran a scan using my launch scanner and received 3 codes under the control unit fuel pump. P017700, P017900 P017800 Im trying to figure out where the fuel quality sensor is located. My car is a flex gas vehicle and I’m not sure if that changes the sensor. Ive found the fuel pressure sensor online but I’m not sure if that the same as the fuel quality sensor. My vin is WDDHF8JB7GB218649 . If someone can offer any clarity, that would be great.

On the W204 C-Class, the sensor is fairly easy to access. You just need to remove the plastic splash panels underneath the driver's side. From the diagram, it looks like the sensor may be in a similar place on the E-Class. But read the entire thread that @S-Prihadi provided because it shows the short is caused by water and how to fix the problem.
