Accuracy of the IB/UB menu

When just overnight charged my just 2year old battery Varta 95A AGM Batteri G14 (CTEK Polar 5A charger) engine off and radio on no heat it shows just between 12.1-12.3v and to me that seem way low, outer temperature around -5C.
Is the accuracy in this menu really reliable?
I haven't gotten to measure directly with a multimeter on the battery poles yet.

Short answer: GOOD!
When you place load on batt with IGN ON the voltage drops under such a load (I think load's around 10 to 20Amps).
You can't easily measure batt charge level under these conditions.
Two thumbs up on using CTEK... this thing is God-sent for batt life maintenance.
Its easier to assess battery charge level by the charge current it's using under what voltage.
You can reset Hyundai battery sensor by un plugging it's LIN plug. It will firce abquick batt. relearn.

Two things that are bad:
Battery drain while driving
Battery drain while parked.

The battery and amperage values are VERY accurate. No worry.
Even new battery when you open the door, the load will be 15amps approx and battery non loaded voltage of 12.7V will drop down to 12.3 - 12.4V as normal.
-5 Celsius made battery loose capacity approx 20%.....FYI.
