The information from tranny computer Y3/8 is quite a lot Xentry can pull out.
I forgot the details though, been a long time since I took a peek.

Some good info in there about doing quick re-adaptations of specific gear shifts using Xentry...

A 2015 car would absolutely benefit from the transmission mount. If you saw how they're built its pretty laughable. Service the transmission when you pick up a new car always. The fluid can go bad as early as 30k on these cars depending on heat/traffic conditions.

If its holding gears way too long, hard shifting when cold, shuddering on high load/uphill situations, it's the ATF going out. The transmission mount going out sort of feels the same way Ill be honest and at 104k you really should get another one. It's a $20 part.

It's literally like a hollow mount with like a vague spiderweb of rubber to suspend the transmission/driveshaft

I second this^^

I haven't done mine yet, but it's high on the list.

its much easier than you think it is!

get it in the air on stands, piece of wood on a jack, and its a few fasteners. its probably one of the best things to update on a mercedes ever and I think it often gets misdiaged as flex discs all the time (ive seen them at 250k before that still function ok)

Only thing holding me back is I plan to do both engine mounts, the trans mount, and the diff mount at about the same time, plus some other, slightly more pressing, jobs...

I've experienced the joy of a fresh transmission mount on a really old car before and can't wait to experience it again...

theyre not related i actually think the transmission mounts in the newer cars last longer than the older cars. The uh transmission mount is the only one i'd worry about for a minute.

If you think thats nuts, the transmission/engine mounts on a 911 literally improve handling lmao
