How do you know there is a 1/3 price exact fit made by Sachs or Bilstein if you can't find them available?

I used the Bilstein part number reference tool to look up the BIlstein part numbers for my car. Then I searched for the part numbers I found.
Amazon has Bilstein B6's for my car:
What I noticed about Bilstein shocks when buying them for my W211 is that they're all always on backorder. So, it's pretty awesome that the fronts and rears are availble in-stock for my car right now.
I need them so maybe I'll snap them up as a Christmas present.
