My hvac unit just stopped working. The blower motor doesn’t spin at any fan speed. It happen all the sudden. Before I order a replacement unit can you confirm which fuse is the right ione? I checked fuse 22 of the front fuse box and 75 of the rear cargo fuse box and
they are ok

Who gave you those fuses number ?
It is so very wrong. Fuse #22 at front SAM is among the fuses for engine computer in almost all gasoline engine models of W212 and surely not HVAC blower, but is also used as radiator fan control , not main power.
Fuse #75 at rear SAM is not for HVAC blower too.

Here is the actual high power fuse location for HVAC blower. A32.
It is at F32 Front Pre-Fuse box

You are in luck, me is cleaning my F32 today...LOL.

The PIN 1 or the P1 is the HVAC blower fuse for USA or LHD cars

This F32 is the one on my car/ Facelift model.

MB does not sell the fuse block stand alone, but you can modify it somehow.
Here is a video of F32 tear-down, opening up the F32 is rather tricky so I heard.... the 6 clips can break
