I am saying... oil in harness or shifted reluctor or limp tensioners or here CPS bad ECU.
Your best bet is always to be proactive with your Mercedes care.

Also found the solenoids struggled to advance/retard camshaft timing.
Time to remove the intake manifold and inspect basic timing of camshaft position. This might be more than just replacing the CPS...
Brand new factory stock already struggle to time camshafts with low oil pressure.
Correlation codes are related and require cams
New VVT Gears and/or Intake camshaft may be needed.

part time code... timing is borderline partly good...
I would guess old chain tensioners on low pressure.








Hopefully CEL will comes up less often.
