Shocked that my used 2010 e200 avantgarde has no power folding mirrors
I bought a beautiful used e200 avantgarde in obsidian black. To my surprise there is no power folding mirrors option (no folding button between the mirror adjustment buttons)….it seems really stupid why mercedes would put this as an option on an E class….it has bixenon lights but no power folding mirrors! Just can’t wrap my head around this one. Also pisses me that being an avantgarde it has the ****ty audio 20 instead of command. I’m glad the steering wheel and doors come as standard and not an option.

Some Mercedes to certain countries are spec down on purpose to make selling price lower.
Example to Indonesia, some models are spec down.

that, and an E200 is a base model to start with. IIRC, "Avant Garde" is an interior color scheme, nothing more or less.

Thats weird if model year 2014 E550 does not get folding mirrors. I mean E550 is highest priced for non AMG.
I thought 2014 is facelift and you two got new 1 piece headlight version already...correct ?

Yeah, it's a facelift model with the fancy headlights. But I guess folding mirrors was still an option?
