Bumper DRL Brightness?

I noticed today that when my lights come on, my bumper DRL comes at full brightness then it will dim itself down by half, is this normal?

I Would like it a full brightness maybe coding it?

Yes the HELA DRL LED's use various brightness settings.

You can poke around the HL coding at your leisure for various effects. What's at stake is your $$$$ HL hardware:
Daytime brighter
Nightime dimmer

It's nearly all right the way it is setup...
