E400

I have a problem with myE400 Mercedes 2016 I got error u103211 after blindspot inoperative and traction too, when I have diagnostic the car I got error u103211 cCGW communication chassis short circuit to ground error then 5 error from instrument cluster u010087-u010100-u012187-u015187-u120E87. Could anyone please help me what’s going wrong?

First get a decent scanner........

The baby LAUNCH creader specific to MB ( lifetime update, free ) is one of the best choice for value $$.
Its discussed heavily in this W212 section.

what do you prefer little better tools could fixed this issue and could be compatible to update comand version? And what cause could be make those faults?

WHAT Mercedes issue are you trying to resolve??

OMG
ALL VIP modules... OMG!!

The CAN-C faults you show are pretty hardcore: ESP+ ECU+TCU + CGW...
hopefully "stored" not "active" ??

"CGW Bus report as shorted to GND"... rain swamped ??

Without active CAN-C car is likely immobilized.


The Launch Elite scanner mentioned above will help you more that you have posted and may become necessary to troubleshoot your issues.

CAN-C is routed around the engine bay harness between :
  • fuse box + gateway CGW
  • engine computer ECU
  • brake controller ESP
  • transmission TCU
  • shifter ISM
  • ...
This bus being grounded disables the car operation.
One needs to figure what's grounding said bus. A good candidate is the Mercedes rain soaked fuse box. CAN-C only routes to few Vip modules.
