Help! E350 engine misfire nightmare.

Does your gas door and gas cap look like this?

OK, are you sure those part numbers you listed above were what was installed in your car?

Those numbers came directly off the invoices.

Update: drove the car today. No misfire or misfire code, but threw the CEL after 15 miles (exact same place as yesterday) Catalytic system efficiency low bank 2. ODB2 scanner shows O2B2S2 nominally around .7V with random dropouts to .1V.

OK, those are the wrong parts for your car, I might get the shop to install the correct parts, you may now need O2 sensors, hopefully the catalytic converters are not clogged up yet
