Replace my LED low beam and parking light on the left. 2015 E350
I have a new to me 2015 E350 with 160k miles, and I have a message that left low beam and parking light are out. Turn signal works, and Right side works. I checked fuses and they are ok. I have water inside the lens. The low beam and parking light is out. I attached a picture of both right and left headlights. I’ve seen how to reseal lights and remove the headlight assembly. Trying to not spend a grand for a new headlight assembly. This is the culprit.

2 modules and the headlight itself could be at fault.
At the least remove the headlight and inspect the two modules for water damage.
You probably have minor crack on the headlight housing to have that much water.
