I recently got my tire alignment and after the alignment, below is the result. Is it okay to keep it this way or should I ask to do a front camber adjustment?
For the rear, I know W212 cannot adjust rear camber. I did some digging and it seems like I need to replace the control arms. Will this be an immediate concern?

When the alignment shop did the work did they go over the results with you? Usually when an alignment is done, they will show you the pre alignment values and then the corrected alignment values. The values you have as per Google translate to the worn suspension components you mentioned. After the new suspension components are installed you will need to get another alignment. I don't see any long term harm if you get this work done within a 2 week window. If you drive for months like this then your tires will wear out prematurely and your vehicle handling will be affected.

I was waiting for too long I didnt focus that much but the mechanic mentioned these values are fine. I also have the before value given, the numbers were improved but wanted to check if the front cambers needs to be re performed since its red valued.
as for the rear, i assume it needs to be assesed which part needs to be replaced? I was wondering if i were to rotate the wheels once every 3-5000 miles, should it be a big issue? Just didnt want to spend too much on it right now given i recently changed the brakes and tires.
i replaced all tires at the same time. The previous tires were 2021 Kumho Majesty 9s and they said the conditions were pretty bad. Unfortunately, i didnt do any rotation while i had kumho tires
There is no real adjustment on front camber without either buying aftermarket kit or the MB camber adjustment bolts (which are limited to what they can do)
Because of cost cutting and ever increasing speed of new car assembly lines Front Camber and Caster along with Rear Camber adjustment is no longer provided - even performance AMG models.
Yet still there is the often quoted reassuring statement - “Will carry out a full front and rear ‘4’ wheel alignment”.
But adjustment is set “to suit showroom height conditions”. So there is only basic TOE - “Directional” adjustment that can be altered !
No longer able to compensate for - day to day commuting encountering high cambered roads with excess passenger side edge wear or varying loads / altered height - and excess inner edge wear both sides !Performance driving and excess outer edge wear. Or not having ongoing adjustment capability for curb knock damage.
We saw the need therefore - to reinstate Front and Rear adjustment kits “BOLT-ON” - requiring no special tools or time consuming need for control arm removal to install (K-MAC we have the Experience of specializing in resolving OEM suspension shortcomings now for over 60 years).
Yes we manufacture “Upper Adjustable Control Arms” - but more difficult to fit and also to wheel align - plus when wanting to resolve excess inner edge wear - reduces important clearance “top of tire to outer fender”.
We have therefore developed unique patented design lower arm “Bolt-On” replacement bush kits with the advantage also of retaining the OEM high strength force alloy arms. Plus at same time replacing and uprating the four front and rear highest wearing bushings !
