This light selector is actually a decoy.... the real switching is done by the F-SAM.

The good thing is here is no power switched right there to wear out contacts.

With LED headlights the power is switched by MOSFET directly inside the HL that are always supplied with power... CAN-Bus magic.

My lightswitch is supposedly the NON-Networked type, thus it is not CAN BUS linked but it is soft switching using driver at Front SAM but primitive command of 4 wires is from the light switch itself.
Therefore the light switch is still a low power device.
