Hello all. I’m working towards removing the oil pan on the M272 in my 2011 e350 4Matic.
I am doing this fun and easy job to get to the o-ring on the pickup tube.
I’ve dropped the subframe so the oil pan is completely accessible.
it looks like the front differential must be removed as well?
It would be great to find the shop manual or how to on the oil pan removal.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try to watch this, if your oil pan design is the same, DIFF no need to touch. W211 but it is M272 and 4matic.
.
If indeed the oil suction pipe is the same for yours, lucky you that you have no baffle ( windage tray ) which will need the entire oil pan to come off and not
only the black steel smaller oil pan.

Heres a link to the manuals. I noticed sometimes the 2010 manuals have more complete information and should be the same for 2011: https://charm.li/Mercedes%20Benz/2011/
