My E350 is really good. I love it but the rear camera and display are really very basic. I am also use to driving my 2019 Subaru and love the rear camera and display. Is there a retrofit kit fora more modern back up camera that will work with the display?

It would have to be aftermarket camera with its own proprietary wiring and proprietary screen (so you would have a second screen) or replace the comand with android tablet screen (several Chinese options)
I think he meant very low resolution.
All standard/OE reverse cam of 2015 or older are 540 lines resolution at best and very bad in low light.
Aftermarket version now is 2.5K resolution as common and Sony Starvis 2 is common too, minimum Starvis 1. These are best low light camera sensors

I would pay US$100 more if Wolfbox would have rear Starvis 2 sony 2.5K and also for front bumper.
However, the current video processor in use may have issue if main front cam is 4K and the other 2 are 2.5K. all Starvis 2 .
Too much data to process.

My W212 with an aftermarket Multimedia Android Unit has a 360 view as well . There're cameras underneath the door mirrors and I can also view 3D surround view . I don't know who installed it but I love it
