E200 W207 SAM or ECU Issue
Hi all,
I have problem with electronic on this mercedes
Car wont start or when it start have very bad idling and and have 8 dtc about random components is short to the ground.
When pull out K relay from Driver Sam and crank it,put back relay car start,idle and drive normaly ,dtc clears full
Ignition lock is fine,Can e distribbutor is fine 60ohm resistence and good connection with sam and modules
I dont have any morr ideas,please help

Pls tell us the 8 DTCs. Must be a clue in there somewhere.

The 3 current readings are what you would be concerned with. The other codes are what are commonly called history codes, codes that were there but are no longer active

That's what the car thinks. Google 'p001664 MERCEDES' and read up on that code and the others.

But what is interesting is
wnhen car runing normal whole system measured voltage is above 14v(Sam,alternator,prefusebox)
and when is bad idle is 11.5v that what made me think this is el issue

Check your battery voltage at rest, when the engine has been off for an hour or more. What is it?
