Sometime the car just starts up with no issues but most of the time the fans will come on and car wont start. And the fan wont go out unless i disconnect the battery

This is a standard Mercedes feature. This issue will need to be diagnosed before a successful solution can be applied.

Either a low A/C pressure or a bad network connection to the fan itself or watered out electronics.

Based on your description you may concider reading refrigerant pressure to assess bad sensor or low charge.
