E400 Sedan-White Smoke??
I'm a beginner and new to the Mercedes-Benz family with a '15 E400 4MATIC sedan on Eurocharged Stage 1 tune. Love it to pieces

(PS-I am in the US market. Someone tell me if I have the M276 DELA35 or DELA30 lol)
I pulled back into the driveway after a ~50 mile ride or so in the rain [mostly highway driving all throughout the whole rev range]. It was not until I pulled into the driveway that I saw white smoke coming exclusively from the passenger side under the hood. [video attached]
- I shut the car off and started the engine back up a few minutes later. When I looked under the hood, I saw no smoke at all, and didn't smell anything unusual.
- I have since driven the car, just gentle short trips around town, and seen no smoke since this happened about 7 days ago.
- The car is not overheating at all, and I have no other symptoms to report. No performance issues, no weird sounds, no nothing.
- I drive the car year-round in the Northern US.
- An important note: I have not scanned the car yet, but I have no warning lights of any kind right now.
My question is: Could it be the start of a leak somewhere along the coolant system? I know on certain M276's certain coolant parts are vulnerable to breaking.

double-check levels with cold engine bay
How fast coolant goes missing: daily, weekly, monthly ?
Engine block or intercooler ?
Report findings.
