Multifunction camera not picking up vehicles correctly for ILS?

2015 e400 sedan.

i programmed full euro ILS on my car. Ive noticed that the camera isn't picking up vehicles correctly. It is detecting vehicles but it thinks they're in a different position than they are.

The ILS is putting a shadow to the right of vehicles in front of me, and shining the high beam at oncoming cars.

It was putting the shadow to the right of the car in front of me, then when the car braked and it's brake lights lit up, it put the shadow perfectly on the car until they stopped braking.

Does anyone know what's going on with this? There are no fault codes on the camera when scanning with xentry. I thought maybe the windshield was dirty so I cleaned it off but it still wasn't quite right. It works great when cars have bright running lights. Other than that it's just blinding other drivers.

The camera looks fine. There is some small rock chips on the blue thing. Is this an issue? What does the blue thing do?

For what?

It is programmed for right hand traffic. I believe the camera is just struggling to identify vehicles.
