Thank you, it’s not a wrap, it’s carbon fiber look a like. Not too bad price wise, you can actually find them on EBay, although this one didn’t come from EBay, instead AliExpress shipped from the US.

I would definitely recommend professional installation, I tried and wasn’t successful because the rear bumper has to be removed for installation. I was able to remove the existing diffuser and exhaust pipes, however due to the larger exhaust pipes and their larger rear intake, insulation without removing the rear bumper is virtually impossible.

Getting ready to change the entire front as well so will post photos in a couple months once completed

Ahhh…. That is a good looking glossy CF diffuser. Thx for clarifying. I already did my front in the panamericana grill… which front are you going for?

Very nice, I’m actually getting the same thing as you have with a few minor differences. I’m coming from the Luxury/Exclusive model so the entire front has to be changed

It’s a refurbished OEM front burner sprayed in the color of my car (paid to have that done). All other parts and components are aftermarket.

It was rainy but not cold so today I started installing my AliExpress diffusor.

Because there were no instructions included it involved lots of trial and error but overall it was not too difficult once I figured out the right order to install the parts. I have not mounted the diffusor part of the diffusor because I need to get some glue to attach the parking sensors to it. I'll post more pics when its done.

Almost done.

The exhaust tips say AMG like those on my E55 but with the diffusor installed its not really visible so I guess I am only a partial poser.

Is there a specific glue required for the sensors? I will probably need to do the same once I swap the front bumpers.

@kingscorpian27 For the sensors I just used some gorilla glue.

Here are some pics of the fully installed diffusor, the car is super dirty but its April so there is no point in washing it.

I had to buy a 1 1/4 inch hole saw to cut the holes for the parking sensors. I am thinking about blacking out the silver part of the diffusor.

No, don’t black out the silver trim on the diffuser bcos it matches the upper silver trim on the trunk. I love the combo tips and diffuser you have. It would be my exact selection if I had found that earlier. Good job on this. The car looks good.

I agree with the silver looking better than all black, however I also understand because the silver on the diffuser is silver, not marching chrome/stainless steel as the other trims.

Years ago I purchased similar diffuser kit and returned it because the gloss black was too thin and flimsy, likewise silver didn’t match the other stainless steel/chrome trims. I rather the quad round tailpipes over the rectangle angled ones I have now. I would have also preferred chrome/stainless steel tailpipes instead of black stainless steel.

Unfortunately carbon fiber look alike diffuser isn’t available with stainless steel tailpipes for the Luxury model. I prefer the carbon fiber look alike diffuser over gloss black because the gloss black will get scratched and dirty easier, in my opinion and experience.

Do you have a few pictures to compare with, perhaps someone good with photoshop can make one for side by side comparison : ) ?

@Povitica3 good point about the silver. I think I'll leave it for now. I was considering it because my car has the night package so the only chrome is on the door handles and the strip on the back above the taillights. When I get my new wheels on maybe it will look different

When I was shopping for the diffusor most of the ones I found had black rectangular tips and there were are few with the round black tips. Chrome was harder to find.

Front 8.5 x 20 et 35 12mm spacer 245 35 20
Rear 9.5 x 20 et 35 12mm spacer 275 30 20
I want to remove the spacer from the rear because the wheels poke out too much but I need to get some shorter lugs.

Some more of my fun ride. I don't have lots of pictures yet but I will take more as I mod it slowly.

Also, the car is coated by Armour Lab - Iron Rocklear. If you ever wanted to know if this stuff is good.. trust me, Ceramic Coat can't even match it and this is from experience.

How long have you had Icon Rocklear on the car and is this the only car you have done with it? I've heard a lot of mixed opinions and their claims are a bit over the top even if true. Their marketing is a bit fanatical which turns off a lot of potential customers, including me. I've heard its not as hydrophobic as other ceramic coatings, but you can apply ceramic or graphene over Icon. Getting honest unbiased reviews is a challenge.

Finally joining the S213 crew after a long search for the right car. Found this low mileage beauty with almost all the options I was looking for. Enjoying every moment driving it. Planning to add ceramic tints soon.
