We are getting so addicted to electronic gadgets and forget to use our own brains/bodies some times...
whilst i do get why people want to store addresses on their nav, (as i do the same) for when i go to unfamiliar places and on my way back, i simply press linguatronic and tell command where i want to go. makes it easy.

what i dont get is people complaining about their cars capability then start comparing it with an inferior car and say its much better. why the heck keep the new one then, just ram it to wall and stick with your old car. too easy right?

people expect to have everything in one car just because its a mercedes, "i paid tons of money for this so it should do this it should do that, my old jap car does it why cant mb do it?"

sometimes their logic gets the better of them.

anyways, im still waiting for OPs response on this...

Well...I've been busy with doing something more constructive, works.
In regards of your jabs, I'll be more than happy to exchange ideas with you when you do this.
  • Improve your writing skills.
  • Cut the racist overtones. I'll not respond to such remarks.
  • Stop the bullying tactics. Communicate with reasoning and facts rather than put downs and stereo typing.
  • Stop your own complaining, otherwise you're no better than those who you condemned.
  • Respect others' point of views.
And yes, I realized that there's no benefit in perpetuating a dumb cycle.

Regards,

There are a couple of good reasons...
- The traffic congestion around here is insane. I rely on the on-board navigation for alternate routes.
- I'm not blessed with a lasting memory.
- Have a list of out of town destinations for a planned trip handy.
I agree that over-relying on gadgets is not a good thing. However, appropriate use of them offers benefits as well.
