2017 E300W4 Part Number
For those that are DIY'ers the following are MB Part Numbers for some maintenance items:
1) Fine Particle interior filter (the interior filter is comprised of two filters a fine particle filter and a dust particle filter), so the fine particle filter MB Part Number is: 205-835-01-47
2) The dust filter Part Number: 166-830-02-18
3) Spark Plugs: 004-159-79-03 Note: I've never seen spark plugs like these so those of you who are going to look in AutoZone or the like for these plugs, forget it. I bought them from the dealer and they cost $15.50 a piece.
4) Engine Air Filter: 274-094-01-04
I'll be posting my first oil change over the next few months, I'll let you know when I do it.

Bosch Plugs
My question is obvious, don't buy them unless the seller will guarantee they will take them back if they don't fit. If you've seen these plugs for the 274.920 engine which is the engine in the E300 then you'll know immediately whether they will fit this MB engine or not. As I mentioned, I've seen loads of plugs over the past 40 years but I've never seen any plugs that look like this and for a price differential cost of less than $1 or $2 between the Bosch and the OEM plugs it isn't worth it (to me) worrying about whether some Bosch plugs from some aftermarket seller will fit or not, but if you're sure they're the same and they'll fit go for it! Good luck.
One thing these spark plugs will tell you is that the 4 cylinder engine in this car must work pretty hard as the insulator on the plug is very, very long.

Parts Costs
I see you're in Europe so I have no idea what it's like there but here in the USA where the bulk of the MB cars are sold parts prices change. IE; my last car was a 2010 E350 RWD, I bought the car in the first model year of the W212 and during the seven years I owned the car (which was one of the better cars MB built imo) the prices of the consumable parts, plugs, air filters, interior air filters, etc. started to go up after the first year the car made its' debut and by the fourth year in the parts prices had increased by about 30%.
I do 95% of the work on my car myself so it made sense to me to buy all the consumable parts now as they have just been released rather than wait until I need them over the next 2 to 3 years and pay more for them or try and buy after market parts which I have never been a big fan of as they don't call them, "After Market Parts" for nothing, but to each his own.
