RUN FLAT TIRE LIFE
I just leased an E300 sedan. It has 19" AMG wheels with Pirelli Cinturato P7 run flat tires. I’m concerned about the longevity of the tires, since my lease is 30,000 miles, and I wouldn’t like to replace the (very expensive) run flats before the end of the lease. Is there any hope, or does anyone have a strategy to get to the end of my lease without buying a new set of tires. Many thanks.

I am in the same boat with a 36K mile lease. The tires may last as it has a tread wear rating of 500 which is good.

The tires will last only until your first puncture. Then a replacement is necessary.
I'd replace the tires immediately with non-RFT's saving the original tires to reinstall at the end of your lease.

How you drive it will dictate how long the tires last. Drive it like transportation and not a race car and you should easily get 30K miles out of those tires. I had the same model on a VW Golf and they were good for 43,000 miles.

I had just over 36k miles on the original Goodyear Eagle Sport run-flats and they still had about 4/32 to 5/32" of tread left on them. Check your lease to see how much tread your tires have to have at lease turn-in time. There might be a minimium that is required at that time.

I have Pirelli P7 RF. Love them. At 20K miles I had to replace because of bubble in side wall.
Based on tread life left, 8/32, I anticipated about 40K miles.
I watch inflation like a hawk: Everyday when I start my drive I check the PSI. I keep mine at 35 PSI both summer and winter.
Hope this helps!
