Passenger Window does not auto roll up

I just noticed after 4 months of ownership (since no-one really sits in my passenger seat, and its been winter so haven't used my windows) that my passenger side window does not auto roll up using the auto function. This doesn't work on my driver side control switch nor the passenger. Also, if I hold it to roll it all the way up, it goes all the way up, and then goes back down slightly, as if this was a coupe and the door opened. I then have to click it up again to finish the full cycle.

Surely this is a simply programming issue. Anyone know what the sequence is to do so?
