Feature(s) Questions
Any one know if the convenience open/close feature (open/close all windows and sun roof by press and holding button on key fob) is only available on European models?
Same question on the "tunnel mode" (press and hold air circulation button button to close sun roof and windows)
I am in the US and cant get either to work. (2017 E300 4Matic) Does it need to be enabled at dealer?

The open close feature should work read the owners manual to check how it works. You will notice there are a variety of "prerequisites" that have to be met for it to function.

I got the convenience open/close feature to work just now. The only thing I did different this time after it not working from outside the car. Was while inside the car press and hold unlock button on key fob which DID work for both open and close windows and sunroof.
Its now worked every attempt both open/close when outside the car... Strange but hey its working....
Can even press and hold the lock senor on door handle to close windows and sunroof.
