Unfortunately, some kid on the phone bumped my E300 and his license late screws left a couple dimples on my rear bumper along with minor scratches.
Can anyone recommend a good body shops (AAA affiliated is even better) in the Bay Area, particularly the Easy Bay?

I know that Cook's Collision is associated with several MB (and other luxury car) dealerships. Not an endorsement, but I do know they have East Bay locations. Why not call the local dealer and see who they use.

In the heart of san francisco, there is european collision center. MB dealership in the city uses them and I have used them twice. Very good both times.

Thanks. Cook's Collision is on the AAA list. They moved about but stay around the AutoMall corridor. My preferred dealer is SJMB, the one near me soured me when I was shopping for the E300. However, I'll give them a ring to see what they say.

Bad thing is, I'll be driving a $25/day rental for the duration of the repair.
