Locating your car via app

Locating your car via app
When i try to locate my car with the app, it says "the location feature is currently unavailable, this may be because you or your vehicle are in an are with a poor network connect.

This doesnt make sense. im in boston with full LTE connect and it says that. I'm also at home with full wifi connection to the max and it still says that.

Does anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it?

Funny that this came up today. Most of the time this feature works like a charm.For example, I found where the valet parked our car last weekend when we were out of town. But... for the last two days I have received the same message as you and my car is in my garage 50 ft from my office.

Some times it works. Some times it does not. I have had it work on one car and not another at the same time.

I am getting the "System Error" message. Anyone else?

The app seems to have some hit or miss moments during this migration that they're doing to Mercedes Me. For me, it doesn't find a lot of addresses when I try and "Send to Benz," or it's super slow in finding them. Usually trying later or restarting the app does it. Probably part of the reason for super low ratings on the app in the Google play store.

Live in Arizona, would love to use the remote start during our blazing summer temps. This weekend for example, temps are to hit 116' F. When leaving your car locked outside or even inside during the summer you crack you windows or sunroof to allow air to vent as temps on the interior sky rocket. The app when trying to remote start to help cool things down prior to hoping in kicks back an error that windows are open and vehicle is unable to remote start. WTH MB!

The verizon connection to the car has nothing with your cars verizon data. Mine is finicky too depending where Im at. It works most of the time
