Hi W213ers, after 6 months of searching for a E300 4Matic (and trying to transfer my C450 AMG lease) I finally signed and took delivery of one. It is a CVP loaner car with about 6,000 miles which I was able to lease. The car is meant for my 81 year old mom, who found her C450 too sporty. She insisted on having red seat belts (of the C450) at the time. Instead, the E is quite basic with only designo wood as a distinguishing option--everythng else is pretty common (P1, Burmester, heated steering wheel, etc.). This car better suits my mom than the C450. This E300 marks her seventh E-class and 25th Mercedes. I am planning on secretely moding the car to OEM+...I have already replaced the wheel center caps with the basic chrome MB star with Himalaya gray background versus the star and laurel chrome crest. =)
