Ordering compact spare for 2017 e300 RWD sedan
I obtained the MB part number (213-400-06-00) for a compact spare, in my case for 19R AMG twin spoke wheels, but how can I buy same, when Mercedes won't ship them to my, or any US address?

That's interesting. I was able to enter an order with shipping (about $23) to Clearwater.
I stopped short of entering payment information to complete the order because I don't need the product.
You might inquire at Europarts at 800 467 9769. The part must be special ordered from their Euro catalog.

No joy, maybe Continental T145/60R 20 would work
Thanks, but site mainly for Audi and VW.
Someone has mentioned that an older compact spare wheel/tire, Continental T145/60R 20, would fit on my 2017 e300 RWD sedan with factory AMG 8x19 wheel package.
What do you think?

Europarts has the MB specific part available. You just need to determine if the will ship to you.
Go to a used parts yard an look for a W212 compact spare. If they have one, try it on. The only real concern is the offset for clearance. The bolt diameter and center hole should be OK.

They took the order, but a few days later, they said they can't ship to a US address because Mercedes doesn't allow it.
No more Mercedes cars for me unless they have an option to buy with regular tires.
Your loss, Mercedes

If you want non-RFT, it is a simple matter of buying a set from one of the tire stores of your choice.
IMO in another couple of years most cars will come with RFT's.

I suggest you go to your dealer. I know they can order one, plus the correct jack, ratchet, socket wrench. I just bought a 17 e-400. I told the sales manager that the day I pick up the car I was going to go straight to my favorite tire shop and switch out the nasty Goodyear exmobility tires for Michelin super sports, and that I need the compact spare, etc., otherwise I'm going across the street to buy an Audi. It was no problem, I now have all the items. So, clearly the dealership parts people have the ability to order these from Germany if enough pressure is put on them. Fact is, some people require having a spare, and If M-B is not going to comply with customers' wishes on something this simple, they don't need the business.

I have been looking for the solution for the spare tire for this W213. I did not like the roughness on the run flat tires. I took the trunk compartment apart and tried to see if I can get enough space for the compact spare space. No luck unless you want to just leave the spear floating on the trunk cargo area. I bought the car with 37 PSI on all 4. I changed all the tires to 32-33 PSI. This make a very big different on the ride. It make me forget the idea of trying ti get the spare. Try that first. If you do not like the feel they get the spare.

One of the MB benefits for Canadians
People in every country, except the US, can buy a MB compact spare for their MB cars. The apotheosis of arrogance has been finally reached by Mercedes. Even BMW, who started the run-flats, has now an optional compact spare.

Even if I could get a compact spare and jack, how would I keep it from sliding around the trunk?
