Command Audio Goes Dead
Twice now I have had the audio die on me whilst driving. I can move the volume controls which show on the screen and change radio stations, but no radio sound comes out. I still get traffic announcements and car warning bongs. If I stop and turn off the car for 10 minutes and restart it everything is fine.
Anyone had similar with a resolution? I've tried most things, I'm exploring whether it is a bluetooth iPhone connection issue, but not convinced.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated as MB said they had no record of such an occurrence on the massive database

Apparently a bigger issue than previously thought. Good luck.

Is your source satellite radio and, if so, does the problem occur consistently at the same spots? I’ve noticed a place where this occurs in both my car and a dealer loaner, and I assume it is just a place with poor satellite reception.
I also experienced seemingly random cut-outs as well as ocasdional rebooting of Command while driving. My dealer ordered updated Command software from Germany and that seems to have resolved those problems — and it also seems to make the Command interface more responsive/speedy overall.
