Question Selenite Grey or Diamond Silver?

Anyone could give some suggestions?
Had a CLK before with Diamond Silver, it was nice. But not sure how it would look like on a E class sedan with tinted window. Selenite looks elegant with default window, I am worrying if with tinted window, would that looks so weird? Cause the car would be all dark colour.

Thank you.

Of the two, Selenite would be my #1 choice.

I bought the selenite gray with the acoustic comfort package so I won't need to tint the windows to keep out the heat.

It looks good.

My CLK with Diamond Silver wasn't bad either for someone who is around 30th

What is the acoustic comfort package? Is that something like a shade raise from the door to the top to cover the sun? If yes, front seats are not covered. That is why I decide to have tinted window.

In the US the acoustic comfort package (PAF) consists of extra sound insulation and infrared blocking glass in all the windows including the front windshield. IR glass blocks the heat rays from entering the vehicle.

Initially I am with you, but after I found out not many Diamond Silver in the stock, but a lot of Selenite Grey are, I start thinking to be a minority, which means the Diamond Silver one is not a bad choice when the new E class comes with the AMG sporty style design instead of the classic one.

That sounds cool. How does the light penetration like? Another reason I am thinking to tint the window is avoid the chance people see what is inside the car. E.g. when someone walk pass, see stuff inside the car even just a couple of coins, they could break the window and steal it.

Pick the color you like the best. Don't worry about what is popular or in stock.
I always custom order a build rather than buy something on the lot.

The glass is not dark, an advantage at night. I always lock the car and never leave anything in sight that would tempt a thief. In the past 60 years of driving and living in a metro area I've never had anything stolen from my car.

I am also customized build one, it just seems grey is always in the inventory, but less car with Diamond Silver let me think there would be more grey than silver on the road.

I like both colour. It is just because I had a diamond silver before for a coupe and some review on youtube was questioning about silver on a Mercedes is wired.

The selenite grey is also really good, better than the black I reckon. Only thing I am not sure is if I tinted the window, because the car body is already a dark colour, would tinted window makes it even darker and that seems wired to me. But a light colour with tinted window won't have this kind of problem, more like a contrast.
