From canada here, and got the E43 with the premium package, driver's package, technology package and night package.

I'm having trouble activation the heated armrest feature.

It describes in other websites the following:

It's in one of the menus.

I've turned the armrests heating option off, because it heats all the armrests even when only the passenger (my wife ...) turns on seat heating.

 

any idea where? if you can kindly give instructions. I have been fiddling around for an hour. still no luck.,

 

I've looked in my car. If your car is a 2018 model like mine, you'll find this option in the Vehicle - Vehicle settings near the bottom of this menu.

Data card should show code 906. Post or PM VIN, if PM include your email address so I can send attachment.

Just taking these excerpts from the 2017 ordering guide and internal dealer brochure.
Both pieces of literature mention (906)heated armrest - front and (P68)warmth comfort package

What should I do? Its not really a crazy big deal but its winter in toronto now i could use some extra warm surfaces to lay my elbow on

 

Obviously it is included in the 17 E43 Premium Pack. Go see your dealer(in Toronto they are all factory stores) and they will compensate you for the error.

Real EPC is through MB. In the US they charge $75 a year. I think for Canada it's still $3600 but they include WIS which is the repair manuals, still not a good deal. You can get a knock off DVD on eBay for $10, but it maybe an old database and might not have the newest info such as your car if it was made recently. Or just PM your VIN to the poster mentioned above and he'll give you EPC report. It's basically the same as the one at datamb.com.

In our delivery overview we were shown where to turn this off, for the summer for example. I have not clue where it is but now I feel like I need to find it, so I know how to do it in the summer.
