Here in the US, as long as you have Show Notifications Turned on in the Bluetooth Settings on your phone for the Mercedes, using the voice button on the steering wheel, you can have Siri read and respond to texts.

you mean when connected via carplay right? - cos that indeed works, but can not do it with comand

No. It doesn't have to be connected via CarPlay to get Siri to read or respond to messages.

If you have an iPhone:

Go to Bluetooth settings on your iPhone
Tap the the Mercedes there
Tap the little circle with an i in it
Turn on Show Notifications

When you receive a text message you should hear a beep to let you know a message came in.
You can now press and hold the voice button on your steering wheel (keep holding it) until you hear the Siri beep
Ask Siri to read your text message and she will
You can also ask Siri to reply to text, by doing the same hold the voice command button on your steering wheel

indeed it also works without carplay. great news!

if i try to dictate a sms via comand itself the car says my Iphone does not allow it.

What phone do you use? I provided how to set it up on iPhone, but if you have a different phone like Android, I don't know how Android turns on notifications for Bluetooth connection.

as far as i know appel doesn't allow a 3rd party software to send an sms with the phone,
which i what comand would do if you dictate an sms via the system….

I am able to send a text message via command through my iPhone all the time. Apple doesn't stop this at all.
