I Looked up in the Owners Manual how to set the 2018 E300 Easy Entry/Exit mode function and found it to be no help at all. I'm under the impression that once you set this then you can to off the car and when you open the door the steering wheel we'll rise and the seat will go back. Has anyone had success with that?

Only the steering wheel, the seat retract function was removed due to law suits.
I have set a retract memory to button 3, so before I enter or exit I press that button to save my seat bolsters.

Thanks for the reply. How did you get the steering wheel to go up upon exiting the car?Originally Posted by vic viper

mine easy entry works in Australia
its just mainly the steering wheel that moves up and down
I found it useful in the SLK but the E class has enough room that it's not that noticeable
Vic ... that's a good suggestion too.

The steering wheel movement works for me. I drive with the seat all the way back anyway.
