In our Country , Lane Change Assist(LCA) is Disabled

I've got all the right hardware

Lane Change Assist SA Code is "K32 - Aktiver Spurwechselassistent"


I did not see any SA Code like K32 in EIS(EZS) .

Can anyone help me ?
