2017 e400 P02 vs P03

I read mixed reviews about active driver assistance features available in P03. Any owners in NY metro area here able to comment on P03 given our roads here are 3rd world quality?
My ride is P02 2017 e400 wagon and I am curious how much I am really "losing" by not having P03.
thanks for your thoughts in advance

I drive from Westchester to southwestern Suffolk early morning (5:30 am) and routinely use it to avoid tickets etc. On the return trip there's more traffic and don't use it. On long road trips i also use it. when using it i find it very useful, i do not use it like a Tesla driver I still am in control but it's a good safety net.
