Carphone Burmester Tweeters blown out - DO NOT BUY
Well as you know not only does the multi-color function not work 100% with the 2018+ Ambient lighting but now the right tweeter is already blown out and it's only two months old! I wanted everyone to know how we have been treated from this company. They never replied to our LED issue and I doubt they will reply to this issue. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund. DO NOT BUY!

So much for some saying they sound as good as the OEM Burmester. I didn’t believe it then. Sorry you had to go through this. Reinstall the originals and enjoy. Hope you get your funds back. I don’t trust anything like this from a company in China. I’ll buy foam pads applicators from them but that’s about it.Good luck.

I just opened up a case with PayPal. I'll report back with my findings.

Regarding Speaker
As far as I know, If your car has a standard or premium sound option which doesn't have an original 3D Burmester DSP amp, then your Style 3D tweeter can be blown out when you often increase sound volume to maximum. That's why that Style 3D Burmester doesn't have any condenser and coil which is the same as original 3D Burmester. Therefore that Style 3D Burmester can't clip the beyond watt(signal) of speaker's capacity. If you want to avoid it, you have to install a condenser module to the + signal of Style 3D Burmester.
I have seen same issues from my friend.

Carphone replied to the PayPal dispute. They want me to remove the speakers (which I'll have to pay for, again), mail them back on my dime, wait two weeks for replacements (meanwhile my 75K car has missing speakers) and then pay to have them re-installed at the audio shop. IS CRACK LEGAL IN CHINA? BECAUSE THEY ARE HIGH AS A KITE IF THEY THINK THATS HAPPENING!

Any company that not only won't post prices in their vendor threads, after multiple requests, but also don't post prices ON THEIR WEBSITE isn't a company I'd want to work with.

Update: I escalated it to PayPal and PayPal advised I have until the 14th to send the speakers back for a refund. WHAT THE **** IS THAT? Yeah the speaker shop is booked two weeks out and then I'll be out of town. Looks like Carphone screwed me over!
