W213 Suspension Options, clearing things up!
After much heated debate, I've been looking online on Mercedes.de and finally figured out what all the available options are.
There are actually FOUR different Suspension options for the E Class. However depending on where you're based you may not have all 4 options.
Here's a screenshot from the German E Class configurator:
so so there is :
1)Agility Control with Selective Damping -.(standard,) passive damping with 3 selective damper modes ( says this in description)
2) Agility Control with Selective Damping and lowering . Same as the above but 15mm lower and with firmer springs. 3 damper pre sets . Passive.
3) Dynamic Body Control with Steel Springs. This has steel springs but has continuously adaptive dampers (not passive ) . not available in many markets.
4) Air Body Control. -,Multi Air Chamber Suspension , continuously adaptive.
