Let me know what you think? I never liked the snub nose/soft look they gave the rear of the E43. I upgraded to an E63 style diffuser and had a carbon fiber spoiler made.

I've always hated the 43s exhaust design, even the E63 s model. The individual exhaust style gives it a better look, nicely done.

This is the one I bought off of eBay. It's more expensive but you have to make sure it's compatible with the hands free trunk. I had a body shop install it and they sprayed it black to ensure it doesn't fade unevenly in the sun. Look for another $350 for body shop to install it properly.

Thanks! Do you know if the diffuser install is reversable in the future? Did they have to drill significant holes or heavily modify parts?

As far as I'm aware it's pretty plug in play as it has to line up to the existing bumper.
